Refund policy

All of our products are made to order. This means we begin production once your order is placed, and we do not hold inventory. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

However, if there is a problem with your order, we are happy to help.

We will offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The product received is not what you ordered (wrong size, design, or item)

  • The item is defective (e.g. misprint, poor print quality, or manufacturing flaws such as bad stitching)

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

We will review your request and respond promptly with a resolution.
